In 1985 I received my doctorate from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon. Prior to this, I attended the University of California in Riverside for my undergraduate studies. I have received post graduate training in Clinical Kinesiology, Applied Kinesiology, Myofascial Release, Myofascial Unwinding, Somato Emotional Release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Visceral (Organ) Manipulation. I have also been trained in a variety of soft tissue and energy balancing techniques. These techniques include trigger point therapy, massage therapy, cross-fiber technique, fascial release, neuromuscular therapy, acupressure, and Reiki.
